We want to make a text-and-click escape game and it will have a backstory, like escaping from a cursed mansion. Of course, the story is written, but we removed a lot of the text due to technical force.

Right now it's purely an escape from a room game, but our future goal is to make a more complete game that's big enough to tell a full story.


Plot of the Game:

Escape from the room!!!

You will need to place some useful items and clues in the room which will help the player find a way to escape. The following is a brief plot of the game:

You are trapped in a bedroom. This room has a huge wooden bed with old paintings hanging on the walls around it and a thick Persian carpet on the floor. On the wall next to the bed is an antique clock that is ticking away, making a ticking sound.

You find that the door to this room is locked and you need to find the key to open it. You can click on these items to view them and find useful clues. For example, in the jewellery box you might find a small key; on the wooden table you might find an old notebook with some strange code written in it; in the toolbox you might find an iron bar or screwdriver that can be used to pry something open; on the red scroll you might find some old symbols or codes that need to be deciphered to find out what they mean.

By finding these objects and clues, you will need to gradually solve the puzzles in the room and find a way to escape. You can combine these clues to try to unlock some locks, open hidden doors or find other ways of escape.
